Agassi Graf Ball Lounge Chair

Kreiss has introduced the new AGK Ball Lounge Chair that was designed by Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf and is part of a complete Agassi Graf Collection that includes furniture designs for indoors and out.

Geometrical and appearing to "float on air", this lounge chair is made of hand-shaped, welded, powder-coated, weather-resistant steel wire that is hand-wrapped in dark brown polypropel synthetic rattan.

When looking at the spherically shaped frame and the US Open starting next week, one can't help but wonder if tennis somehow didn't influence this design. Anybody else see the similarities between the Unisphere in Flushing Meadows and the AGK Ball Lounge Chair?
